You do not have to select the "Require Correct" option, but you do have to select a page from the outline shown in the box to the right of the "Jump to a New Page" option button. If the outline is not expanded, click on the first page to expand the outline and select the page you want to move to. Once a target page is selected, you should be able to click the "OK" button.

Jump to a New Page on an INCORRECT answer
I want to Jump to a New Page on an INCORRECT answer and the OK button is grayed out unless I select the Require the Correct Answer Before Proceeding. I want them to go to a specific page regardless if the student answers correctly or incorrectly. How do I 'ungray' the OK button without requiring a correct answer?
